About CCES
Our Story
Since 2023, the Canadian Circular Economy Summit (CCES) has become Canada’s leading platform to convene and mobilize stakeholders to reshape our current linear economic model into a circular one.
Achieving a circular economy requires coordinated action across governments, businesses, and value chains to align priorities, unlock investment and scale solutions.
Every two years, CCES brings together key decision-makers, innovators, and practitioners to collaborate, share knowledge, and drive collective progress.
About the Organizer
Circular Innovation Council (CIC) operates across Canada to transform our current linear economic model into a circular one. We implement circular models and concepts, establish collaborative networks, and carry out place-based pilot programs to test and demonstrate scalable circular process innovations. Our goal is to advance the circular economy, as we believe it will better support environmental sustainability, climate action, and regeneration efforts. CIC operates as a not-for-profit charity.
DELEGATES OF THE CANADIAN CIRCULAR ECONOMY SUMMIT WILL:
Raise the profile of the circular economy and its opportunities to deliver on the current economic, environmental and societal imperatives critical to Canada.

Collaborate with others across workstreams and industries to advance action in policy, innovation, procurement, finance, trade, collaboration models, data, and information sharing.
Connect and engage with other delegates through business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) programming to forge strategic partnerships, agreements, pilot projects, and new research.
Facilitate the development of policies and actions necessary for a circular economy to thrive across Canada.
