Who should attend the Canadian Circular Economy Summit? The Canadian Circular Economy Summit will provide an opportunity for 900+ leaders from across sectors and industries to come together in-person, share leading efforts and activities, and to collaborate in support of Canada's innovation, economic, climate, and environmental agendas. Attendees include professionals in corporate strategy, sustainability product design, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, finance, as well as entrepreneurs, non-profits, industry associations, investors, government and policy experts.
When and where will the event take place? The 2025 Canadian Circular Economy Summit will take place April 15-17, 2025, at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth in Montréal, Québec. Surrounded by Montréal’s top attractions and dining venues, CCES 2025 promises a unique and unforgettable experience.
How do I get to the event location? FROM MONTREAL-TRUDEAU AIRPORT Bus: Featuring nine stops, the 747 bus service is provided by the City of Montreal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year between downtown Montréal and Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. Tickets are purchased at the cost of $11 inside the terminal before boarding. When returning a $11 bus fare is paid aboard the bus (coins only, bills are not accepted). Tickets provide travellers with a transit pass valid on the STM bus and metro network for 24 hours Driving: Take Hwy 20 East to Hwy Ville Marie (Hwy 720), which brings you downtown. Exit on Guy Street at Rene-Levesque Boulevard. Turn right. Continue on the boulevard up to 900 Rene-Levesque, corner Mansfield. The hotel which will be on the right hand side. Driving time is 20 to 25 minutes. PUBLIC TRANSIT Metro: The hotel has direct access to the Bonaventure Metro Station. There is a hotel entrance from the metro station. Please follow signage. Train: The hotel is located directly above Central Station. There is a hotel entrance from the train station. Please follow signage.
Where can I park? Hotel valet parking by our partner Indigo available 24/7: Every day, you can drop off your car in one of the hotel's two drop-off zones. Our doormen will be on hand to assist you and will contact Indigo, who will then park your car in their underground parking lot. The overnight parking rate is $39, taxes included, for departures before 4 p.m. Guests can exit and enter as they please, without an additional fee. For dropping off your car, you can use the designated area on Mansfield street at any time. Another drop-off zone is available on René-Lévesque Boulevard West during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays: available at all times. Direct access to the underground valet parking by our partner Indigo: On Belmont Street, you can access the underground valet parking directly. Outdoor Parking - Indigo: On Belmont Street, you can use the outdoor parking lot, where you must pay at the pay machine. CN Central Station indoor parking - Indigo: On Belmont Street, you can use the indoor parking lot of the Central Station complex, where you must pay at the pay machine.

Can I volunteer for the event? We offer a limited number of volunteer opportunities. If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out our Volunteer Application on the ‘Volunteer’ page.
What is the cancellation policy? If for any reason you are unable to attend the event after purchasing your delegate pass, you may request to cancel your registration by contacting info@circulareconomysummit.ca. Your refund will be made according to the refund schedule below and will be issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. All refunds are subject to an additional $50 transaction fee. Refund Schedule: Registration cancellations received prior to February 28, 2025, will receive an 80% refund, plus the transaction fee of $50. Registration cancellations received between March 1, 2025 and April 1, 2025, will receive a 50% refund, plus the transaction fee of $50. Registration cancellations received after April 1, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. NOTE: Admission to the Canadian Circular Economy Summit 2025 may be refused at any time and a refund will be provided at the printed registration price.
Can I transfer my registration? If you find yourself unable to attend the Canadian Circular Economy Summit 2025 after registering, you are eligible to transfer your registration to another individual within your organization if you contact us no later than 5 business days before the start of the event. Contact us at info@circulareconomysummit.ca to request a registration transfer. The event organizers have the right to exercise discretion when issuing registration transfers.
What if I have dietary restrictions? Our menu will be entirely plant-based, and we will do our best to provide options for those with dietary restrictions. If you have special dietary needs, please indicate them in the 'Comments' section of the registration form. Please note that the organizers will do their best to accommodate restrictions and allergies.
I think I have COVID / COVID-like symptoms, what do I do? Please follow the assessment advice from the Canadian government should you feel you have COVID-like symptoms. If you assess your risk of being symptomatic as high, please access a rapid test at a local pharmacy and immediately self-isolate.
How are you addressing the greenhouse gas emissions associated with the Canadian Circular Economy Summit 2025? The Canadian Circular Economy Summit 2025 will be completing a comprehensive carbon inventory of the event (including on-site operations, event staff travel, hotel stays, and food served) and will be offsetting all event-related GHG emissions.
In what language will the Canadian Circular Economy Summit 2025 be conducted? The Canadian Circular Economy Summit 2025 will be primarily conducted in English and French. We will be using the Wordly app for simultaneous translation, available in multiple languages, available for all of our delegates to be able to listen to the sessions in the language of their choice (remember to bring your smart phone and headphones!)
